Refund policy
Refunds and returns are offered only for manufacturing defects. We do not offer a taste guarantee or other explicit or implied guarantee that your pet will consume the purchased item(s). We encourage you to contact customerservice@anniespoochpops.com in advance of submitting an order should you have questions regarding factors that may impact your dog's interest in our treats and chews.
To be eligible for a refund or return claim, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. To start a refund or return claim, submit pictures of the manufacturing defect to customerservice@anniespoochpops.com. If your claim is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a refund return will not be accepted.
Damages
While we do our best to package orders carefully with cushioning newspaper or bubble wrap to prevent damage, breakage can occur during shipping. Dog treats are not indestructible – if they were, your pooch would be unable to digest them!
