Important Details

Storage: The 'beefy bits' on the exterior bone are perishable. Please use or freeze the Muttkins within 2 days of receiving your delivery!
Shipping availability:
- Express Transit Surcharge: In order to ensure freshness, delivery locations beyond a 2-3 day transit time from our bakery in eastern Pennsylvania are subject to a $10 express transit surcharge.
- PO Boxes: Muttkin orders ship via UPS. We cannot ship Muttkin orders to PO Boxes.
Precautions: Please provide with plenty of freshwater. Because this is a natural treat, its sizing, durability, and appearance may vary. Provide the bone frozen to reduce the likelihood of the natural oils in the bone from staining your furniture, carpeting, or other surfaces. The Muttkin™ should only be given to your pooch with proper supervision. If the bone splinters or breaks, please discard it immediately.
Biscuit Breakage During Transit: While we do our best to package orders carefully with cushioning newspaper to prevent damage, breakage can occur during shipping. The biscuit is not indestructible – if it was, your pooch would be unable to digest it!
Recommended size is slightly larger than your dog’s mouth. This bone is not recommended for dogs greater than 30lbs.
