Shipping timing

Orders are typically fulfilled within 1-3 business days.  Our treats are handmade and inventory is kept at a minimum for freshness.  Fulfillment timing may exceed 3 business days during busy periods, such as following sales/promotions or before holidays.

Delivery estimates 

Delivery date estimates are provided by our shipping partners, UPS or USPS, and are not guaranteed delivery dates.  We are not responsible for delays or errors in deliveries.

Damages and missing packages

We are not responsible for delays or errors in deliveries, such as missing packages.

While we do our best to package orders carefully with cushioning newspaper or bubble wrap to prevent damage, breakage can occur during shipping. Dog treats are not indestructible – if they were, your pooch would be unable to digest them!

Muttkin special shipping policies 

Muttkins are a perishable product that should be used or frozen upon receipt.

To ensure freshness, ground shipment of Muttkins is restricted to delivery locations within a 2-3 day UPS Ground transit time from our bakery in eastern Pennsylvania.  Customers located in areas beyond 2-3 day UPS Ground transit areas are required to purchase 3-Day or 2-Day express shipping.

We are not responsible for spoilage due to delays during transit.
